Who’s behind Staffcoder
Hi, I’m Shashank. I graduated from IIIT Hyderabad with a B.Tech and an MS in 2013.
For more than 13 years, I’ve worked extensively in competitive programming, coding contests, and software skills assessments, and I’ve designed thousands of coding assessments for companies including HackerRank. Before Staffcoder, I worked at HackerRank in Bangalore and at Expertlead in Berlin.
I built Staffcoder so developers can practice the work they actually do at their jobs, in a real IDE, instead of solving puzzles.
